Beautiful old mansion turned hotel. Lot of charaxter and beautiful views at the back.

The hotel butlers were very friendly and helpful neat clean rooms and great facilities. Very friendly house keepers as well
Very rude spa staff, complaint about the mistreatment and was not taken serious. So they do not care. I phoned the spa before booking to hear if they can assist, they said they can but not the same day, i said its fine, whenever they are open during the week they can assist, I will fall in their schedule and they said they have an opening for me during the week, i had to keep asking as they took a whole day to respond on whatsapp and spoke rudely on whatsapp, and after few days, i felt like they didnt really want to assist me and I already booked and paid in full for the accomodation, I have all whatsapp of the mistreatment, gladly will share to social media!! When I addressed the mistreatment , they started argueing with me and said they are busy and fully booked, I said that I did call beforehand and made sure and they assured they could assist me, after that, they ignored me. No apologies! Went to another spa , more affordable and more friendlier! That is not how you treat customers.
