About this house rental
Enjoy our adorable home just blocks away from Downtown Colorado Springs! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with open concept kitchen and living room will provide lots of space for you and your guests to enjoy your time . Two bedrooms offer Kings Beds and one bedroom offers a bunk bed with a Full Over Queen mattress. We also have a large couch allowing someone to sleep on it (not a pull out) to allow for up to 8 guests. Plenty of parking and privacy is provided with the full drive way alongside the house.

In old town Colorado Springs, about 20 minutes or so to USAFA. Older home from 1891, but has clearly been updated a few times. Easy walking distance to a nice park and many cool shops for coffee, ice cream, etc. Quiet enough neighborhood and great location.I took off a star for these reasons: 1st floor "master bath" shower doesn't drain properly and the water pressure is not good. Also, there's no true closet in the downstairs "master" . Instead there's a Washer and Dryer and all of the cleaning supplies. I could smell the mop and other things through the shutter doors. Definitely could not hang my clothes in there. And then the Hot Tub is just older, a lot of jets don't work and the water temp just doesn't get hot enough. None of these things were ruining our stay or anything. It's worth noting that all the beds are the memory foam kind. If you like any kind of a firm matress, this is hard to adjust to. There was also a rather large damage deposit that we had to pay upfront for 1500. Maybe they've had issues. We were only there a few days and didn't have too much time to get too rowdy! The host was responsive and I would recommend this house.

We had an amazing time!! The house was super clean, close to everything we needed. Host was amazing and stayed in touch with us while we were there! Will definitely be using again!!

Bri and her husband we super helpful! The house was very clean and conveniently located near downtown Colorado Springs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans, dishes and even condiments and spices. We had a great stay!!
