I had an amazing time! All the staff were so kind and accomodating. The pool was lovely and my room was massive! I asked for a late checkout because the next place I was going to had a late checkin and the staff were so helpful in making sure that could happen. I got laundry done while I was there and it was so easy and quick. The location was also really good, close to the beach, restaurants, and cute cafes but also in a side street so really quiet and secluded. I really enjoyed my time here and I would love to come back.

The staff were absolutelly welcoming and helpful! Service is 5 stars! Yosua and Gede were amazing staffs, very helpful and proactive! Room was extremelly clean, decoration is of a very nice taste, excellent stay!
That I could not extend my stay because it was fully booked!

The staff's friendliness and the hotel's location are its strongest points.
The rooms are older than they appear in the photos. The pristine white sheets and pillowcases had multiple yellow stains. There's a lot of noise due to construction right next to the hotel. I think they should provide disposable slippers for guests staying at the hotel, and they didn't, which is another negative point.
