Casa Amarta is echt de perfecte plek om in Canggu te verblijven. Je zit op een zijstraatje van de “hoofdstraat” met beach clubs en restaurantjes en het strand, waardoor alles super dichtbij is, maar tegelijk is het er heerlijk stil. Geen last van muziek of scooters. Het personeel was ontzettend lief, vooral Dwi, die zich ontfermde over ons deed de extra mile. Bij het ontbijt was er keuze uit een aantal gerechten, het was misschien niet het grootste ontbijt, maar voor ons steeds voldoende en vers gemaakt waar je bij zit. Het zwembad was een fijne plus om even af te koelen, al zijn er geen ligbedjes. Je kan wel in de lobby zitten of in de strandstoeltjes die in het zwembad staan. De kamer was ruim.
De kamer is al enkel jaren gebruikt en op sommige plaatsen zie je dit wel. De douche werkte niet zo goed. Maar ik merk op dat dit overal in Bali wel een beetje een probleem is, door de hoge vochtigheid is het moeilijk om alles constant in orde te houden. Hoe dan ook, het was wel proper. Onze kamer kon niet volledig verduisterd worden.

Very pretty property. Great laundry service. Comfy beds. Good shower. Heaps of wardrobe space. Located at end of quiet lane. Spacious rooms.
Pool was not in the sun so was too cold to swim. No lounges around pool. Kitchen area provided but no kitchenware. No safe.
