Caroline was there when I arrived and was very welcoming and showed me around and also where I could take the dog to do her business. The accommodation was spacious, clean and Caroline has added lots of little niceties that you wouldn't normally find. I was there for 4 nights, visiting friends and family all around! The location is perfect, nice and quiet but close enough to travel in any direction if you want to visit away from the immediate vicinity. Thank you for making me welcome and this is definitely somewhere I will return to.

Excellent location for visits in the neighborhood of Reading. Very quiet, spacious and comfortable. The animals in the yard are an extra, as is the airconditioning !

It was well equipped in a lovely setting. The bed and pillows were comfortable and they provided aircon, which was much appreciated during an extreme heatwave! They also let us use the other room for our teenage daughter. A generous breakfast was provided.
Could have had some decaf coffee - instant would be fine.
