Wow we really loved this spacious and comfortable apartment, perfect location for exploring the sites of Rome. Never had to take a public transit anywhere except when I wanted to go to Aqueduct Park. Otherwise you are good on your own two feet. The operators are good with communicating and helping out when needed
Minor complaint - It could have been slightly better stocked ahead of our stay. For example little things like toilet paper (2 rolls is not enough for 2 people for 4 days so we had to buy it ourselves) and dish soap (which they dropped off for us the next day) would be appreciated. The one room is windowless and pretty dark, and there's a funny smell in the bathroom but I feel we had great value at this apartment.

The location of the apartment
very small lift (meant for 3 people, but realistically only 2 can fit in); lots of unmarked steps within the apartment (a step just coming out of the bedroom door, the bedroom not having any windows and being dark); sewer smell from the bathroom; small bathroom window opening onto internal courtyard with lots of pigeon droppings - so no fresh air at all; very cold apartment at arrival; not a smart TV with channels in Italian; no clothes storage or hanging space; shower doors not closing, so water dropping on the floor every time somebody was showering
