About this house rental
Nestled in Buffalo, this charming house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to this beautiful home, centrally located on the West Side of Buffalo. Tons of amazing restaurants, breweries, parks, just a short distance to the Harbor Center, Canal Side, and within miles of great museums as well as the Buffalo zoo. Great place to stay during all seasons! The space Check in is easy! Will accommodate for early check in, late check out when possible. No contact with host for check in/out as front door and rear door are passcode enabled making it easy for guest to check in and not have to worry about losing a key or sharing with other guests. Highlights: 2 floors, all updated (house is new built, est in 2015). All the essentials are available including extra bed linens, towels, comforters, blankets, and a washer and dryer are available for guests use. The space is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, serving platters, toiletries, hair dryer, straightener, curing irons, fresh towels and linens. Central air throughout home in addition to ceiling fan in all bedrooms. Off street parking in the back of house for 1-2 cars, street parking available if additional car space is needed. Centrally located in the city (close to Allentown, Elmwood village, Downtown, KeyBank and Harbor center, Delaware Park, Hertel ave all within 1-5 miles). 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 2 miles from Peace Bridge. Dining area/Living room: Comfortable sectional sofa Electric fireplace (does have heat, or turns on for ambiance only) Open floor plan from living room, to dining room, to kitchen. Great for entertaining Bluetooth enabled speakers in the ceiling of every room. Operated by receiver in the living room, guests will be able to steam music via their phones during their stay. 55" Samsung flat screen tv enabled with streaming services (Hulu, Amazon, Disney plus, and Netflix). Board games available for guest use during their stay. Kitchen: Fully updated, modern kitchen with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances. Complementary coffee (Keurig, coffee machine, and French press available). All basic cookware and serving pieces available High efficiency, front loading washer and dryer available in the house, first floor back of kitchen. Flat screen tv in the kitchen for those who like to watch the news while preparing breakfast/morning coffee Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. 1 bathroom on first level, 1 bathroom on upper level Will provide guests with soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, toothbrushes, and other essentials (q tips, face cleansing wipes, etc) Large soaker tub in the upstairs bathroom (separate from shower), bubbles baths, bath salts, face masks available for the ultimate pampering experience Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms Master bedroom has a mounted flatscreen tv (steaming services provided to guests) Second bedroom with a queen sized bed Third bedroom with twin bunk beds, a vanity station, a desk with large Mac desktop available for guest use in addition to a printer for those who might have to work a little while on vacation. This room has two air mattress, queen sized and twin sized. Plenty of space to set up an extra mattress in this room. No charge for extra guests! Outdoor space: Front and back patio Seating provided at both locations Table on the back patio, along with a large stainless steel char broil grill. Tether, doggie treats, and food available. Place is exactly how pictures portray. But owner is out to take your money. Owner accused us of smoking Marijuana and throwing a party in the house. So I asked for proof as there was a camera mysteriously it was working on my stay. Funnier I noticed lite go red. I don’t smoke marijuana so confused to how you can tell we smoked in place. There was 4 of us, 2 police officers and two other people whom don’t smoke. We were there to sleep both nights, first night we got there at 9:40 and left at 7:15 next morning and same that night. We didn’t make a mess, we even fixed tv that didn’t work. I smoked cigarettes outside on porch and put all my butts in a red solo cup full of coffee beans and hint of water. When I confronted owner she said sorry, sorry for what taking my money for no reason or sorry for lying? How can you accuse someone of smoking and partying but not one picture to support claim. Horrible experience, I’m extremely disappointed in this host. Be very careful booking, first time this ever happened, going to ensure I take video next time. Dishonesty gets you no where, be very weary of renting this place without taking a video of before and after. True scam ….

The home was every bit as beautiful as advertised. Everything is brand new and freshly remodeled. All was provided except for toiletries. It was wonderful for our girls to have their own room and to be able to cook in a large, spacious kitchen. Our host returned all messages very quickly so there was no issue! Only thing is that that neighborhood didn’t look so great, but there was onsite parking and not a lot of people around overall, so there was no incident. Honestly, the house was one of the best parts of our vacation, and it was a pretty awesome vacation. Would love to stay again!

The house is absolutely adorable! It was absolutely spotless, the furniture is very pretty and the decorating is just beautiful! I needed to reach out a time or two to the owner, she got back to me quickly every time and was very kind about everything! I would highly recommend staying at this house!!!

The place is nicely renovated. One mattress needs to be replaced but other than that everything is in great shape. The homeowner has made a really nice book to tell you everything about the house and the area. Best book of its kind I have seen, The location is very convenient to various places you might want to go in the area. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The immediate neighborhood is just ok, but that’s doesn’t really affect your visit if you are getting in your car and going places. You can walk to the Elmwood area. We plan to come again this fall and are looking forward to it!

Rats ran out of the trash while my husband and I were sitting, trying to relax, having coffee on the front porch! Thank goodness they didn't come on the porch and ran up the street!! This was only after lisenting to the yelling from the neighbors all night!! Westside paradise, I think not! Sorry, just being honest!

The property was clean & nicely decorated. There was off street parking. It had a fully staffed kitchen, comfy sofa & large screen TV, laundry, very comfortable beds. There are a couple of walkable places to have breakfast & dinner. We visited both FLW homes, Pierce Arrow Museum, Naval Park, Canal Park, Art Deco City Hall, Guaranty Bldg, Niagra Falls, Niagra of the Lake, Lockport Caves & Erie Canal History Museum. This home has easy access to all of these places to visit.
There are many beautiful homes just a few blocks away. Definitely recommend this property.

The description of the reservation is a bit misleading stating no charge for extra guests and extra air mattress available. Reservation was for 6. Our daughter and SIL wanted to join last minute and wasn’t able to per owner. Otherwise very nice stay.

There was no difficulty getting in and there was parking for two vehicles behind the house and plenty of on street parking as well. We were in the area for a hockey tournament and the house was located in close proximity to the venues. I would definitely rent this property again if back in the Buffalo area.

The property was clean and had all the amenities like being at home. Host was very attentive to any questions and requests we had prior to and during our stay. We were able to bring our dog. We felt safe walking in the neighbor. The property was spacious. Off street parking was a plus. We would stay there again on future trips to Buffalo.

Close to 5 points with quaint coffee shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Niagara (about 30 minutes). And close to other areas like Allentown. The home was cozy, has two large beds and one bunk bed. Two full baths. Laundry, great kitchen, and large couch. It was very quiet and parking in the back of the property was nice. Gave us piece of mind since we aren’t from the area.

Buffalo surprised us a very historical place and V's made our stay more delightful. The pictures reflect the quality and comfort of the house. Private parking was easy and the neighborhood quiet. Buffalo is a very accessible city from V's. We would rent this house again.

This is a good unit. However, there are stairs to all the bedrooms, and the second bath is on the main level and not convenient to any of the bedrooms.
