The bed was amazing, simply perfect. Despite being next to the main road, the shades and curtains plus the window reduce the noise very well. Great water pressure, nice touch with the glass wall shower with curtains to cover it. Quite safe, I am going to book them again
There was no fridge, I was expecting one. No microwave either, I didn't ask if they had a common area with those items though

the location is good, the room is quite large, nearby ther are plenty of restaurants, cafees and bars
The room was comfortable overall, and the bed, although a bit hard,was fine. However, the main issue was the lack of proper ventilation. The only window faced the street, and it was extremely noisy outside. Since Bogotá is quite cold at night (around 7°C), leaving the window open wasn’t an option. The alternative was to leave the door open, but I didn’t feel secure doing so.
As a result, the room never had a comfortable temperature: it was either too cold or too stuffy. On arrival, the room also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to a student dorm, which was difficult to bear. Additionally, neither the door nor the window had meshes, so whenever I left the door open to get fresh air, I had to deal with mosquitos, plus the room quickly became cold.
I had a basement room, and unfortunateoly you can could hear all the plumbing stories...whethe it was a shower of a w/c business
