Very good customer service. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Strategic location.
There was too much dust on the terrace. The doors squeaked.

The area felt very safe. It looks like an upper middle class neighbourhood which can create a sense of safety and may appeal to some people.
Not too far from the airport. I think it took around 20-25 mins for the uber.
Good breakfast, there were many options available to choose from.
The rooms were big, generally speaking, apart from the restroom, the apartment felt spacious.
There isn't a lot to do within walking distance. If you want to go to a big supermarket, nightclubs, bars, there are very few within walking distance, so you may need to rely a lot on ubers.
There were 5 of us and we barely had any toilet paper, after we informed the front desk it took them a long time until we got some. We had to buy it ourselves.
The TV never worked and no one was able to explain if we actually had cable tv available or not.
This is an apartment, however, you don't get any washing up liquid so our dirty dishes started to accumulate very quickly. It doesn't make sense for people to rent an apartment and then have to buy washing up liquid ourselves if we are going to stay for 2-3 days. This is a basic thing that should be available.
Generally speaking I feel the apartment has great potential but is poorly kept in terms of things like toilet paper, washing up liquid, tea bags, you know..basic things you find in apartments available to rent around the world.

The location & cleanliness, we're great!
Well light room. Beds and breakfasts, were okay. Kitchen, bathroom, the bare minimum.
When we were already on our way to the hotel, we were told payments could only be done in local cash, which was quite inconvenient, given we were prepared to pay by card; we offered dollars, but they wouldn't take them. They did accept to negotiate for us to pay per night, so we eventually worked it out.
There was only one door on the closet, and the bathroom fittings were flimsy.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but tended to chat among themselves (issues such as mistakes and training one of the staff), as if guests weren't there at all.

Secure parking size of the room staff were friendly and helpful and the hot shower and it's location
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, to room was cold. Bathroom tired, tap handles fell off on both the shower and the sink.
