The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged a litter box for my kitty.
I arrived at night and when I went for a walk behind the hotel, it did not seem to be a great neighborhood, but going in another direction. It was a bustling safe neighborhood.

Location was great, the building is cute and cozy.
The bed could’ve been a tad more comfortable and there were some sounds I could only describe as “washing” sounds coming from above my room(?) I still slept like rock, tho.

We landed at 3 am and checking in in the middle of the night was not a problem. The location is great, with loads of cafes and eateries. The transmilenio is around the corner. The staff are really lovely. A really nice place and bonus points for the hotel cat.

Thé location and a very friendly staff
There was a lot of noise on the floor above us at night, and some leakage. Very annoying to get a proper rest
