Located in North Topsail Beach, this lovely condo for $219 per night is a great option for your next break. Villa Capriani is a luxury ocean front resort on the North Carolina coast offering you to enjoy a glimpse of Italy. Our 2BR condo offers a spectacular third floor oceanfront view along with a beautiful courtyard that includes 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, an upscale on-site restaurant - serving both lunch and dinner 7 days a week. A master bedroom is completely private while a living area opens a gorgeous 3rd floor ocean view. Second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4. In addition the unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 private bath, and flat screen TV. Enjoy the spectacular covered porch in rain or shine (temporary unavailable until the further notice). For those who prefer to stay longer, unit is equipped with a washer-dryer. For our beloved guests we provide free password protected wireless internet (password provided upon arrival). !!!! No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation. !!!! Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. East West Getaway is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances. !!! Important: COVID-19 General Notification In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our guests safe, our company is operating our units by following the CDC guidelines. The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone until the fourth call. They finally texted me info to get in half an hour after our check in time. We had to pay extra for pool bands and a parking pass just TWO DAYS before our trip. The first night we were locked out because they have a doorknob with no key (only the deadbolt). There's no after hours number to call, only text. The person who was texting me was incredibly rude, I ended up calling my own locksmith for their oversight. Even the locksmith said that's a very irresponsible property owner to not have a key for a lockable door. They expect you to wash their linens the day you leave. Then they tried to say that we stole the pool bands they charged us extra for when the bands were all left in the unit. We even found 2 additional bands in the unit when we first got there. We will be back to this resort, but NOT through this horrible company. I should have read other reviews before booking because it seems other guests have had the same negative experiences I have.

Communication was difficult at first then on the day of arrival I finally got up with someone who was great. Getting extra charges for each person and parking and pool passes I thought were a bit much after we paid a bit to begin with. We will come back to the villa again but probably not that property.

We have been vacationing at Villa Capriani for over 10 years usually 2-3 times a year. We love this location and typically rent from Treasure Island Realty. Due to renting later this year we ended up booking through vrbo and it ended up being with this East West Getaway place. I had to follow up a few days before our rental date b/c I had not heard from them to confirm details on swim bands and parking passes and found out they only provide swim bands for 2 people. You pay extra for every additional person (even though the condo sleeps 6). So I paid extra for 2 more bands. We arrived at the condo and there were NO pool bands and NO parking passes. If you have stayed at Villa you know your car will get towed w/o a parking pass and they will kick you out of the pool w/o a pool band on. The cell service was horrible at the condo (there was NOTHING in the condo listing the wifi password like every other place I've stayed in there) so I had to keep trying to call the property manager. Apparently it's one person that runs this place? Only one number was available. The voice mail box was full! No way to leave a message. So incredibly unprofessional. I had to keep calling b/c we didn't know what else to do about the situation. It's a bummer b/c it was our anniversary and instead of relaxing as we'd always done, we were dealing with these issues. After several hours I started getting the nastiest messages from East Coast contact. She was horrid. I have never been spoken to that way before by someone that I paid to do business with. It was truly awful. Thankfully, I was able to go to the office of Villa and get everything we needed and our weekend was not ruined. But seriously, please stay away from these people/this person. I don't know who they are, but they don't know anything about Villa, what's needed to stay there or customer service of any kind.

Our condo had everything we needed and was emaculate and clean. The property and pool is gorgeous. There are permanent grills which made cookin in excellent if we didn't want to go out. We checked in on a holiday and noone was there to assist with check in which getting our parking a pool passes difficult but a quick phone call with a property manager got us squared away. We would stay again

Condo was good one one side but very run down on the master bedroom side smelled like mold and cigarettes. We got locked out of condo and took 3 hours to get a hold of anyone to help us. No parking pass was given out and all cars were getting ticket for not having pass. Charged us a 125 fee for leaving towels in dryer, a broken wrist band, and a scratch that we somehow did in glass? I would def go to this location again but I would find another place to stay!!!!

What a disappointment! This place is absolutely filthy with cockroaches running in the bathroom, mold in the shower, dirty floors, holes in the sheets, mattress with stains, old and dirty comforter as if it hasn’t been washed at all. We contacted the management company/owner as soon as we discovered the poor condition of the unit, but nothing was done to fix the issues. Please save your money and stay away from this place!

Nice property right on the beach. The owners were very responsive. The condo was well stocked with necessities which we appreciated. Great pools. Our balcony viewed The ocean and the courtyard. We could watch the live entertainment at splash restaurant from our balcony. Overall a nice place but priced a bit high particularly with resort fees added in.
