Decent stay in a great location.

Location, and dog friendly!

Cleanliness issues in bathrooms. Shower curtains rusted and broken. Bathrooms in need of an update.

The only problem we had was the kitchen lights didn't work nor the microwave. I believe a breaker was thrown.

Horrible experience

The entire experience was a complete disappointment. All information given was wrong and every agent told a different story. No efforts made to refund / make up for all the mistakes (wrong unit, new unit not available, next unit 15 min away) and eventually checking in and getting settled took 4 h and at a place totally different and 15 min away :-(
