Great spacious lodge. Beautiful location. Very well equipped. Friendly host with good communication. View across sea is amazing. Nice decking area with enclosed patio. Grass area just beyond for dogs to use. Dog friendly. Water bowl and little treats provided.
Lounge spacious with 2 sofas, and dining table. Very large american size fridge and freezer. Had cleaning products, washing machine dishwasher. Really all you need are food and drinks.
Fresh robes and slippers in each bedroom. Choice of whether beds were twin or put together. USB charging points in lamps (not fast charge).
Shower was easy to use and powerful.
Black out blinds in bedrooms
Hairdryer. Hoover. Cushions for patio chairs provided. Bed was comfy with 2 choices of pillow. Car parking 1 minute walk. Blue badge holders can park right nearby with badge.
Nice coastal walk starts from just past the lodge. Excellent place to stay. Little way from Brixham harbour so if your not into walking steep hills best take car.
Place was spotlessly clean when we arrived despite being dog friendly. We took covers for the sofas as required.
Had very warm weather and lodge got quite hot. Wide opening bedroom windows and fans were available in both bedrooms and in the lounge.
Both bedrooms have walk in style wardrobes with ample hanging rails and cupboards without compromising on bedroom space. Very happy with our stay.
Could do with a new set of pans if self catering including milk pan. Got my food stuck to bottom !!.
Tv was a bit tempermental as was remote which didnt always work. But tv was soon rectified after a call to owner.
