Location of as excellent, property was lovely not high end but fresh and clean.
Garden appears larger in photos and nowhere listed that it’s shared or so overlooked, so didn’t dare let kids out due to concrete stairs and others using it. Parking shade not huge but we got our large car on, had too as disabled and couldn’t use car park and keep walking. Shower thermostat still needs looking at and doesn’t stay held up (mentioned in previous reviews).

Great central location with parking space, a bonus for Brixham. We have a Nissan Juke which just fitted into the space, anything bigger would be a struggle.
We’ve stayed here before and loved it so much we came back. The only downside, which didn’t affect our holiday was the noise from the pub behind, but that wasn’t a big issue for us as we went to the pub a couple of times!

The location in the centre of Brixham is good
The general condition of the property is not very good.The stair carpet is very dirty as is the settee and the two armchairs.
There are several bits of paintwork that need to be repainted.The fridge has no shelf in it making it impossible to store a
bottle of milk in there.The parking is for small cars only
