This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in a newer section of the community. We offer something that is increasingly hard to find in a vacation rental — a backyard designed for privacy and relaxation, with no visible home directly across from you. Instead, step outside and enjoy your own peaceful water oasis overlooking a lake and island, with a small creek feeding the lake. You may even hear the gentle sound of the flowing water while relaxing by the pool.

Spend your days enjoying the private pool and spa, soaking up the California sunshine, or simply relaxing with the desert mountains as your backdrop.

When the sun begins to set, gather under the covered, lighted patio for dinner, drinks and conversation. and a sensational sunset. Fire up the gas BBQ & Firepit to enjoy a meal outdoors at the table for four, and take advantage of the peaceful setting after a day of golf, tennis, shopping or exploring the Coachella Valley.

This is a home where the outdoor living is every bit as enjoyable as the indoor space.

Comfortable, Spacious Living

Inside, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for family and friends to relax, dine and spend time together.

The well-appointed kitchen is spacious and designed for guests who enjoy cooking, with a gas range, double oven, microwave, prep table, generous granite counter space, cookware, service ware and the utensils you'll need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a memorable dinner.

The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and a 65-inch TV for relaxing after a day in the desert. There is an additional 50" TV in the Queen bedroom. The dining area comfortably seats six and doubles as a great spot for cards and games. Additional seating is available in the kitchen and on the outdoor patio.

Room to Relax

The spacious primary suite features a comfortable California King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower.

Located on the opposite side of the home, the two guest bedrooms provide additional privacy. One features a comfortable Queen bed and the other has two Twin beds. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for additional comfort.

Indian Palms Country Club

Indian Palms Country Club is a beautiful established guard-gated community where you'll see residents and guests enjoying the desert lifestyle — walking, jogging, biking and cruising around in golf carts.

The 640-acre community offers a Championship 27-hole golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball, fitness facilities and multiple community pools.

And when you're ready to explore beyond the community, you'll be close to some of the best the Coachella Valley has to offer.
