We had the best trip to PR due to our amazing house and house owner. The house was PERFECT for our family of 5. The clean pool was the perfect temperature and we were in it daily. The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, and easy check in and check out. David was always there by text to communicate and answer questions about the area as well as giving recommendations for beaches, excursions, and restaurants. The BEST part was the view and warm breezes the house brought. Thank you for helping us make such wonderful memories.

Very beautiful and well maintained house. The ocean view is stunning with the island of Viequez in the background. The house is in a rural barrio and was quiet yet not a far drive to do activities in Fajardo (40 min) or a day trip to Old San Juan (1 hr.) Beaches are always close by and plentiful as well. It was definitely more of an authentic experience than staying on a resort. We would definitely go back.

The view is really remarkable. The view from the pool, even more impressive. The home is lovely. Beds very comfortable. Large fridge and freezer. David is a great host, available but not at all intrusive. The master bedroom is really great- amazing view from balcony, great connected bathroom. Would absolutely rent again.

La ubicación de la casa y la vista esta súper bien, la casa pudo haber estado mucho más limpia, si tu prioridad es la privacidad te recomiendo hablar con el encargado y dejar claro que no quieres a nadie adentro de la propiedad porque tuvimos una mala experiencia con eso, las puertas de cristal no tienes ningún tipo de seguridad, sólo un portón fuera de la casa… ósea en la casa no hay ningún tipo de seguridad.
