The bed and the mattress only
No hospitality
Employees are on the phone even when talking to guests on the front desk
I was served a fermented juice and the whole buffet was cold at 9:30

I like almost every thing.
Spa more than very very very dirty .
Masseur unprofessional and dirty .
They change me room 118 to 504 because first night I didn't slept at all from the noisy of cars .

The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The swimming pool is small and in a very enclosed room, but it was ok. The food is nice, even though it was difficult to explain to the staff what special requirements I had
The parking is 2 floors below ground, and the slope is dangerously very steep, so much so that you will need to floor the gas pedal and build momentum before you can climb up the slope to exit the hotel. It was very scary indeed. Especially when there is not enough space for your car to build momentum in.
