Really cool place! Loved the decor and the bar is really cute. Travelled as a mum alone with 2 kids and returned at night - felt safe. Lots of shops around (co-op, starbucks, subway) and a short walk to the tube. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great nights stay here!

Very convenient for Queen Mary University where I was working for a couple of days.
The man who welcomed me was efficient and enthusiastic and made me feel at home.
Comfy bed and good shower
I was delighted to see there was a window in the bedroom but then found it wouldn't open - it seemed permanently closed. It was hot in the room and so I put the air conditioning on but it just blew air at me and was most unpleasant. It would be great if the window could be opened even just a small amount to get some air into the room.
