The location is great and staff very friendly
We stayed there in May thats why we came back but unfortunately the room seemed smaller this time
Wasn't any cooked breakfast available and the coffee machines in the rooms are not very good

Good location, friendly staff, decent rooms.
Underwhelming hotel entrance. Confusing breakfast options - I booked “breakfast included” but when checking in, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for “full English breakfast”. This gave me a negative feeling, although in the end the (served) included basic breakfast was reasonable enough. I was also irritated when the tea bags and coffee cups were not replenished on all days in the room. Small details make a difference.

Location great. Nice bathroom
Room a lot smaller than pictures. Brick wall directly outside window. And more dated than the pictures showed. Lift also broken
