Location, convenience, price.
Staying in room 8b seems to require Cirque de Soleil credentials. As a 72 year old negotiating the crazy steps, multiple floor levels while holding a yellow a black hazard striped pipe while searching for randomly located light switches was a trial. I suggest this room should be flagged for this.

The location was great. Very central and lots of transport nearby.
Extra deposit that they took at the check-in. It was only to hold temporarily and the money came back couple of days after checking-out. So no problem overall, but it was a surprise and I would've appreciated it if it was informed in advance.
