Very clean, good quality furniture and appliances, excellent location, wonderful cleaning services and helpful staff
Water doesn’t drain in bathroom sink. Lack of tea selection.

A really nicely decorated apartment within a short 10/15 minute walk of the train station. The beds were super comfy. We booked this for a concert at Wembley and it worked well.
The apartment is a lot smaller than the photo’s make it look, it is additionally on a fairly busy road and you walk directly through the door into the sofa bed. There is also a street lamp right outside the door which lit up the room all night.

I feel like „Luxury“ is an overstatement. It is too expensive for what you get.
- rain shower but almost no water pressure
- really squeaky house so any other guest move and you hear it
- It isnt really „soundproofed“ as they claim
- weird choice of decoration. E.g. no washing machine dryer but then put a giant laundry basket in the bathroom 🤨
- a coffeemachine with espressocups which are too small to hold a single shot of espresso 🤨
- the floor was bend upwards under the carpet so it was like a speedbump in the living room
