Loved the location and the property was good. My issue was rhe place wss very cold ehen we got there. Temps that night got down to low 20s and the unit was not warm. We were able to get the bedrooms warm before bed but the rest of the unit didn't have heat (or at least we couldn't find it other than a tiny heater which wasn't enough for the space). Other than that, it was great!

Kids would love it! We loved it, but adults with mobility issues may have trouble. Several steps between each room. Good king beds. Lovely gardens and great breakfast!

We booked the Garden Cottage for my birthday and it was everything we wanted and more. A spacious hot tub, cozy interior, and surrounded by BEAUTIFUL foliage. We even saw some deer in the morning! Next time we visit we I’ll be coming right back here. Very close to down town Eureka.

Eureka Springs is a very friendly town. The cottage was just a short walk to the community pool and breakfast area. We enjoyed the private hot tub. The flowers around the cottage were nice. Property owner was very easy to reach with any questions we had. I would recommend staying in the cottage to anyone going to Eureka Springs.

We love Eureka springs and always try to find a place that meets our needs Which it did. It felt remote however close to all of our spots. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was nice additional and of course we loved the pool and hot tub. It’s a split level house with the kitchen and living room splitting the bedrooms. Couch and chairs comfortable.

Perfect accommodations for me & my son to enjoy a little motorcycle riding around the area. Quite & private yet the convenience of breakfast from the hotel & proximity to downtown . We ll definitely be back.

All concerns were addressed promptly. Friendly staff. Mattresses were not the best. Might need replaced especially in the lower bedroom. Hot tub was great!

The cottage was the perfect starting and ending point for each day's exploration of Eureka Springs. Our day began with a delicious spread in the breakfast room, and after a full day of experiencing the beautiful town and surrounding areas, we returned to relax in the roomy hot tub. Private, surrounded by mature trees and gorgeous gardens, yet close to food and entertainment. We can't wait to return!

We loved our stay at the Garden Cottage which was on the grounds of the Quality Inn. The setting was private and beautiful. The cottage was perfect for two couples and the deck with hot tub was awesome. The included breakfast each morning exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful especially Cheryl.

Rented for a girls weekend, and had a great time . Hot tub was wonderful, beds comfortable and the whole place charming.

I will say the linens were clean. There is no heat, other than room heaters, since it was 34 degrees overnight, it got cold in the unit. It is older and very noticeable in bathroom and kitchen. Dust on the ceilings and molding trim. The location was good, nice and private. The breakfast room was very good

We needed a clean and spacious place for ourselves and two teenagers. This fit the bill, and was close enough to easily drive into downtown Eureka Springs. The microwave and toaster oven were sufficient for our minimal food prep. It was nice to have a private Jacuzzi! The bathroom certainly leaves something to be desired as it’s quite dated(rustic), but didn’t cause issues. Very responsive owner!

The area was secluded. Cottage had a feeling of being at home. HUGE beds, mattresses could be a tad softer but I just like mine soft. Would recommend staying here.

We were startled br an armadillo and saw a young deer eating the next morning. So close to downtown for food and shopping! We had to try the hot tub in this very cold weather... it was nice as long as we stayed under up to our heads! The temp didn't get super hot and jets were fine for 2 people. (A few weren't very powerful.) Everything was wonderful! Thanks for checking in on us Patsy! Had a great weekend!
