Great Condo with expansive views. Beautiful, Bay side, 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom condo with a spectacular view of Robinson and Bird Islands! Enjoy the late afternoon sunsets in this comfortable and contemporary retreat. Three huge outdoor pools plus lazy river. Gym quality Fitness Room. Huge Indoor Pool. Short Walk to Beach and Cobalt the Restaurant. Condo was remodeled with all new Furniture and Electronics. Ice Machine, Wine Cooler, and tiled floors throughout. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed
Guest bedroom 2 has two full sized beds
Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms.
There are charcoal grills on the grounds by the pools. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am.
Complex is located just east of the Alabama Point Bridge and is the only true resort in Orange Beach. Beach Shuttle can take you to public beach area or spend the day at one of the over-sized resort pools. Long Lazy river overlooking the gulf and water-slides as well.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Your reservation includes 1 parking pass. This parking pass will be in your unit when you arrive. If you would like to purchase an additional pass, you can purchase them from the front desk in the B building.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The kitchen was huge and fully stocked, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals during our trip. The large, comfy couch was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the view of the bay was absolutely beautiful — especially in the evenings. Check-in was quick and easy, which made arriving stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire condo was beautifully decorated with a cozy yet stylish feel. We would definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments:
Condo location was great and the kids had a blast. There were some small issues with the condo: the ice maker didnt work, the coffee pot worked sometimes, and the light bulbs were out in the bathroom fixtures. Our other concerns were that the instructions were not specific i.e. check-in time and check-out time and because we didn't book through the Caribe we had to purchase parking tags and didn't get extra keys to the condo.
