Located in a residential neighbourhood with many shops and bars and 10 min walk to the shore. Instead the city centre is 40 min walk and 10 min uber ride. Easy access through codes which is helpful if you are multiple people coming and going and it has 2 bathrooms with 2 showers.
We had the apartment on the 3rd floor for 8 people with 3 bedrooms 2 of which very small. If you need to use the 4th bed in the kitchen you have no communal space. The walls can use some fresh paint as very run down and the couch needs proper cleaning as full of stains, even the towels need changing. The microwave wasn’t working and both bathroom sinks were clogged. Also they should consider outside disinfestation as the sidewalk of the front door entrance was infested with cockroaches crawling all over, very gross and freaked me out every time we went out in the evening

it was quite good equipped,comfy bed, washer and dryer..and Carlos was a really nice and helpful guy;)
dark, basement type property with one small window in bedroom to the road, terrace with 4 mtr high walls and ventilation from all areas in the house like 10 of them.. old uncomfy sofa, tv with sound like from phone..definitely not worth the money and photos look better as reality.. as always probably..
