Located approximately 7 miles from Walt Disney World, this home combines a convenient location near Orlando's famous attractions with the more relaxed setting of Highlands Reserve, a residential golf community featuring its own golf course, community swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's playground.

One of this home's biggest advantages is its south-facing private pool and spa overlooking the golf course. The south-facing orientation provides an inviting setting for enjoying the Florida sunshine throughout your vacation, while the golf course view creates a scenic backdrop that makes time spent at the home feel like part of the getaway.

Start the morning with coffee beside the pool, cool off with an afternoon swim, or return from Walt Disney World and unwind outside as the day comes to an end. The screened lanai, spacious pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture give the entire family room to enjoy the outdoor setting together.

The private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day.

Please note that the community swimming pool is not heated during the winter months.
