Not what I reserved. Bait and switch!
The location is really the saving grace here.
All the kitchen cabinets had white tape all over them. The Keurig coffee maker was broken. All the appliances are worn. I reviewed pictures of a high end quality condo with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. What I got was a really used hard, family unit. Bait and switch! The bathroom sinks are missing their stoppers. The table slides are dirty and full of sand. There is no way to the pool if you are handicapped....stairs only, no ramp. There are plaster repairs in the bedroom that haven't been finished. It's endless. This unit needs some real attention. Mostly don't be fooled by Booking.com....they show you a top notch unit and then give you a worn out unit, really worn out.

Superb
We loved the location! It’s quite and a perfect spot for a relaxing time on the beach. However, the condo association itself is NOT kid friendly. Several times, I personally witnessed children being screamed at by some of the owners of other units. And they REALLY REALLY REALLY, adhere to all of the rules. Someone screamed at my mom for not having a swim cover on- my mom had on a swim dress and was completely dry. The unit was very pretty, had everything a family would need in the kitchen. The beds were great. More towels and a few extra blankets would have been nice. I would also really recommend to the owners to put a towel rack on the balcony. The listing says up to 6 people, but there wasn’t enough space to hang wet towels and suits, inside- plus the place is beautiful, we didn’t want dripping suits to ruin anything so had to spread things out on the balcony and use objects to secure them from blowing away- and you can’t hang them over the edge, as it’s against the rules and apparently state law. We LOVED and appreciated the closet that had beach chairs and stuff for the kids. I’m sure it was left over stuff from other guests not wanting to haul it home, so we left a baby float for the next people. It was a nice surprise and we found it very convenient so we didn’t have to purchase any. I found it very tastefully decorated, the rug being white with kids made me nervous (kids are kids and can’t help spilling stuff) so we rolled it up to avoid getting any stains on the rug. The tables in the living room were BEAUTIFUL and everything blended really nicely without being a distraction to the wonderful views. The master bedroom furniture was a bit heavy for my taste, and seemed to be too much but the rooms were huge. A few things would have added a nice touch, like the towel rack for the balcony. A few more towels and linens, a few extra trash bags because 2 for 6 people for a few weeks isn’t enough. But those things were so minor.
Just a few things we didn’t like. 1. The other owners yelling, and I mean yelling, at people for not following every rule. This made us feel really uneasy and like we were continually being watched. I also would NOT have tolerated someone yelling at my children that way and it would not have been pretty. I would expect someone to politely tell me that my kids are doing something wrong, and I will correct them- however understand not all parents would and they may be accustomed to poorly behaved children. Luckily, my 13 yr old is very well mannered and we had no issues. 2. Although they have elevators inside, there is not handicapped accessibility to the pool or beach. My mother had health issues and was only able to go to the beach once, because the stairs down were too much. Also, the stairs in and out of the pool area. We tried to see if she would have been able to walk around from the parking lot, to avoid the stairs but it wasn’t possible and make for a bit of an extra journey.
