Clean room, good food.
Bad location, outdoor scandal in the middle of the night until 4 in the morning. Very crowded pool by outside visitors who were not supposed to be there.

The only notable mentions about this booking are the comfy beds and how clean the room was, which should be expected at this star count, but were appreciated nevertheless.
The biggest issue with this hotel, so far, is the lack of sound insulation. It's really incredible how you could hear everything outside your room, as if it were right beside you.
We sat in room number 2, which had two windows, one facing our balcony, and the other facing another balcony, so our room's window was basically facing another balcony. It doesn't really feel like a 4-star hotel layout. The bathroom's window faced, likewise, another room's balcony.
Breakfast was mediocre, with a limited no of options, and everything felt kind of kitch, trying to force the idea of "luxury".
