The property was very clean, spacious. This house is close to Arrowhead stadium and the plaza. This is a perfect place to stay to rest and enjoy the sites in Kansas City. Would recommend!

Clean, efficient home. Easy travel to Kauffman Arena and Chiefs stadium. Property good for our needs. Backyard is not set up for outside visit/hangout. Busy intersection near. Parking challenge. I would not park across the road.

The hosts were great with communication. We felt very safe in the location. Being from out of town we were concerned about saftey. It was a very convenient location to be able to go to Arrowhead stadium for a concert. It had a lot of amenities that we didn't need. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, bathrooms were clean and had everything that we could need. It's an older home and has some quirks to it but that's something that we love! We definitely plan to book again!

The property was great. Our stayvwas very relaxing. We were in town for a concert. The house was big enough for all 4 adults and we didn't feel cramped. Property manager is wonderful to work with.

We traveled to Kansas City for a weekend of soccer games and this was the perfect place for us instead of a hotel room. Everyone had their own space, it was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close to everything.

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days. We were looking for a place to stay when I stumbled on this house. It's very cute, cozy and welcoming. Its in a very cute quiet neighborhood. The host was amazing. She checked in just to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house is located just off of Troost, and things can get a bit noisy around midnight on Friday and Saturday. But the location is great overall - walk a few blocks west to Rockhill Gardens area and McClains bakery. Near to Waldo and the Plaza with good access to everywhere else in KC. The house is cozy and clean, the 2 window AC units upstairs helip and the downstairs central AC is great. Off street parking is a plus. The internet speed is very good. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was fine but the air went out on the second day and it was really hot. The property manager did all she could and even offered a refund but being Last minute it wouldn't have been much to fund to my liking so we endured till time to checkout.. the shared driveway I didn't like it's a little rough. The neighbor on one side is extremely nosey...the street surrounding the area could use some attention as well...but if you just need somewhere to stay then it's ok but I would look a Lil more.

Comfortable living room, dining and kitchen. Downstairs bedroom a good size. The TV options are good. We didn't use the internet so can't comment. Bathroom downstairs is very small. Parking is limited for a bigger vehicle. House isn't handicap friendly.

Absolutely lovely and cozy home to stay in! An true bargain for the lovely setting and the huge space, all the rooms were uniquely decorated, it had fabulous amenities, an amazing kitchen, and a wonderful host! The small driveway can be tricky to navigate, and the frequency of police sirens were some things we noted, but those are definitely not the fault of the owner. Just trying to make mention for those who might have large vehicles or be light sleepers! The home is spectacular and charming, and our host was sweet, always available, and so kind. Absolutely thrilled we found this place!

The house was nice and matched everything listed. The host was very nice and checked in on us. A couple minor things that I wish I would’ve have known. It gets very cold upstairs and warm downstairs. Had I known my husband and I would’ve taken the room downstairs and our friend upstairs. We stayed in the master room with two beds and slept in the bed by the window. There was a motion light that went off numerous times throughout the night waking us up. Also there is a dog in a neighboring house that barks early in the morning and wakes you up. The jacuzzi tub is nice but the hot water runs out before it is filled high enough to even turn the jets on. The kitchen is very nice. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use it.

Communication with the property owner was fantastic. Mechele was quick to respond to questions, etc. The house was roomy. Check in was easy. After we checked out I let Mechele know that the 2nd bedroom upstairs was really hot. She quickly responded asking that going forward I let property owners know of any issues during the stay so they have an opportunity to correct them. Very fair response.

Good golf trip

Good golf trip

Had a really good weekend at this house. It was about 10 miles from multiple golf courses. Restaurants and bars were just a $10 uber ride away. We had a great time.
