We had a wonderful time at this house! Our property managers William and Hope were extremely accommodating. We had a couple of minor issues that they resolved quickly for us and made sure that we were taken care of. The house is well lived in so you don’t feel like you have to walk on eggshells with things. If anything was broken or if it needed to be addressed again it was taken care of quickly.The on site staff was also friendly and helpful. Elise was our check in guard and had a lot of helpful information. Gladys helped us access the community facilities and was extremely helpful. We loved the open floor plan! We did miss the air hockey table but totally understand that with a facility like this it isn’t going to be exactly as pictured.

The property was spacious and enjoyable our family had 10 couples and 12 kids and there were still 2 bedrooms unused. Only a few tvs worked one had a Crack, some needed a pin to put Netflix or Hulu on and the wifi was in and out. But we brought games and other entertainment. The pool was nice wish there wasn't an extra charge for the heat but the community center was so much fun and the water was already warm. Enjoyed having two dishwashers since we cooked everyday. However we did encounter a few things that was so pleasant. Linens were dirty in the blue room when you first walk in the home. A couple of burn marks on the couches. Stains on the stairs and several carpets. Paint peeling in several rooms. The Paris room had ants a broken chair and mold in the shower they just used a different bathroom. There were plenty. Star wars room had a broken piece of cardboard in it. The kitchen had a blue and a white chair that was broken. Yes I listed some of the things that were wrong. Always remember to TAKE PICTURES. We take pictures everywhere we go to be sure nothing is charged extra to us.. we made the most of our trip and still enjoyed everything. The house just needs a little upkeep and attention.
