Nestled in Corolla, this charming house for $645 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Heated Pool Option, ask for details. Welcome to MARINE LIFE OBX where you will enjoy coastal living on the oceanside of Hwy 12 in a new build model home, 2020. Get your steps in on your 7 minute walk down the pristine trex pathway straight to Whalehead beach and the ocean. Located within walking distance to the wide, expansive, sought after, uncrowded Whalehead Beaches of Corolla. Meticulous, professional décor is all new, luxurious yet comfortable, including down sofa and chairs. Linen duvets in 2 masters. Spa robes provided in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, including large wine cooler, high end small and large appliances, including Keurig with Latte/Cappuccino, a Cafe drip coffee brewer and Ninja blenders. This “smart home” offers high speed wireless internet up to 500mps, wall-mounted flat and curved Smart televisions in all rooms including Outdoors to watch while grilling or soaking in the hot tub, and a child security alarm at the sliding door leading to the pool, electronic fireplace with led light ambiance, can be used with or without heat. Within 2 miles to grocery stores, dining, shopping, the Currituck Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Museums, Wild Horse Tours, and 2 miles to the 4x4 beach and local golf. Private Pool open March-November. Heated Pool available $45/night, Mar-Nov, possibly Dec-Feb weather permitting add fee applies. Ground Level: On this level you will find a game room and a fourth bedroom. In the game room there’s a shuffleboard table, a mini-kitchen that is complete with a wet bar, full size refrigerator, ice maker, sink, small appliances including a Ninja blender and Single serve Keurig, drink and melamine dinner ware. The entertainment area consists of a curved smart screen TV, console containing games and puzzles, and a large sectional sofa. The fourth bedroom has two full-sized beds and a semi-private bath with a tiled shower and its own large smart tv. Outside the alarmed sliding glass door, relax and enjoy the 10 X 24 private pool or the spa/hot tub. The enclosed outdoor shower is also located in this fenced area. Also included is a Tiki Bar and many options for seating (polywood chairs and lounge chairs and an outdoor flat screen tv. Mid-Level: There are three master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and large smart tv, as well as a deck and a full size GE washer and dryer. There is a king-sized bed in one bedroom and queen-sized beds in the other two. Top Level: An open great room with beautiful flooring, high ceilings, large curved screen TV, and an electric fireplace providing ambiance and heat, if needed. The open design of this level allows maximum views from each area. The seating area is open to the main deck which included an additional outdoor dining area protected from the elements within a screened in porch. The kitchen offers black stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a large island with seating, custom cabinets and a walk in pantry. The dining area is spacious and beautiful. Rounding off this level is a half bath. Last minute decision to rent a house for the weekend. We absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. While there we needed assistance with the hot tub, in less than 5 minutes they were there and assisted us. The heated pool was a nice addition as well. The area is quiet yet close to whatever you might want to do in Corolla. The communication with the owners is pretty much easy, getting into the home as well. We most certainly will consider and recommend this home and any others the owners of this home might have.

The house is so comfortable and clean that we preferred to stay in nearly every night versus going out for food or entertainment. The walk to the beach is just about 10 minutes and the entire property is very well-maintained. Communication was top notch.

The house perfect for two family with five young children 6-2 years old. We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. Plenty of space for all us to spread out or snuggle up on the downstairs or upstairs levels. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked or grilled most meals at the house for the week. Lisa was very great at communicating, check in and check out were easy and seamless.

The house was well decorated and tastefully appointed throughout. It is very nice home and everything was new and the photos are as advertised. Our family of five enjoyed everyone having a separate bedroom and bathroom with a large dining space for family dinners. There are many balconies and outdoor spaces to relax, not to mention the hot tub, pool, and tiki hut. We enjoyed the beach a short walk away and the stores and dining options nearby in Corolla. Lisa was a tremendous host answering questions and providing recommendations. It was a week that we enjoyed and would recommend to all.

This house is beautifully appointed, inside and out. Weather didn’t cooperate during our stay but the heated pool and hot tub saved the day. The location was convenient to the beach and Corolla’s attractions. Most importantly, host Lisa was very responsive to any questions and we truly felt like honored guests — not just anonymous weekly renters.

The house was amazing! Everyone loved the pool and especially the hot tub. The rooms were spacious, the social areas were so cozy and well lit. A few of us sat outside on the top floor patio and watched shooting stars. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We will definitely be back.

Rented this property for a ladies weekend. The layout upstairs was wonderful and great for a large group. Fantastic furniture and decor throughout the home made made the trip feel like a true getaway. The beds are very comfortable and views from all rooms beautiful. The extra fridge downstairs was great to have and would be awesome in the summer for bbqs. So sad we were here out of season and couldn’t use the pool but loved being able to see it lit up at night and we were still able to use the tiki hut area. Noticed the home came with a ton of beach stuff for in season visitors. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe and great for walking. Enjoyed seeing the deer in evenings. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance one could need. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and love into this home to make it enjoyable for everyone. It would be fantastic for families but I think the amount of stairs would be hard for elderly. The owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. Not sure I have ever received a more well put together informational booklet on a home- very much appreciated. We hope to return to this home again!

What a beautiful, comfortable home away from home at the beach. This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Beds are super comfy and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beach is a short walk away. Highly recommend this property!

Worth every minute! Absolute beautiful vacation stay. Top notch interior design and immaculate condition. Love the private pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful walk to the beach. There was lots of seating outside which was nice when we were all there. Also lots of places to eat nearby which made it easy to go out for meals. Definitely recommend this house when staying in the Outer Banks.

We had a great vacation and stay at Marine Life OBX! The communication with Lisa, the owner, was fantastic. The house was very clean and suited all of our needs. The outdoor area was a great set up--- We spent a lot of time outside at the pool and tiki bar and were able to play corn hole in the back of the yard. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely rent Marine Life again.

Our family (4 couples) had an amazing time staying in this home! It was beautiful, well-equipped and super clean. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach, the pingpong table and the pool area (even though the pool was on the smaller side). The owner, Lisa, was friendly and accommodating with her quick responses and her lovely brochure! Would definitely stay here again.

We went to OBX as a family celebration for my birthday and it was just perfect!! The home is very beautiful! It is new construction and a “smart” home. There was no detail overlooked here!! It is beautifully decorated and well appointed with comfortable beds/couches and an incredible cook’s kitchen with every appliance and gadget you could ever need. The outside living area had everything you could want- pool, hot tub, tiki bar, tv, shower, lounging chairs… The location itself was perfect! Very close to the beach, tucked back off the main road and the neighborhood was nice and quiet . The host, Lisa, was also just a pleasure!! She is very responsive, so kind and truly a great host!! I would highly recommend this home/host!! We will be back!!

Our stay here was perfect! The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The backyard was our favorite part. We had an infant with us, so the heated pool, hottub, and tiki bar were convenient and fun to use. We had a great time, and planning on booking again next summer.

Loved OBX
This was our first time to the Outter Banks. Typically we stay in Myrtle Beach abs wanted to try somewhere different. This is further north and so was a closer drive which was nice. The property and area were beautiful! The house was decorated beautifully and clean. The style of the home and all the little extras stood out. We used the shuffleboard a ton! The pool was a little small but perfect shape and style for the 3 young kids. The nearby beach was stunning and a short walk away. The only thing we missed was staying close enough to the beach to sit outside and hear the ocean.
