Our thorough cleaning protocols either meet or exceed recommendations from the CDC and WHO; including, but not limited to disinfecting all hard surfaces with bleach between stays, approved by the CDC to kill viruses. Please email with more detailed questions. Welcome to our beautiful home in South Scottsdale! The backyard features a private pool. Inside you will find a completely remolded space. 2 TV's! You are a quick 9 minutes to Old Town restaurants and bars, 8 minutes to ASU and Mill Avenue! This home is only 9 minutes from the Airport and 19 minutes to downtown Phoenix! You are literally in the heart of everything!!! The Space: Our home offers 1538sqft of spectacular living with a recently updated. Private outdoor space perfect for entertaining and relaxing! Equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked for the ultimate chef's dream vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms stocked with all your essentials to get you started on your trip! Bedroom Layout: Master: King with En Suite Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom/Den 3: Queen Murphy Bed Pack N Play and High chair available on request Guest Access: Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. (minus garage) We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Interaction with Guests: We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact us immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home! The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, feel free to ask, or check out the literature in the property. Getting Around: We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! This property was perfect for our stay. It was as good or better than expected and the host was wonderful. He communicated well, even called prior to the visit to be sure we had what we needed. I would definitely choose this one again.

Clean, clean, clean and not cluttered. This house was great; photos of the house are very accurate. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to attractions and restaurants in the Scottsdale/Tempe area. Pool area clean, tidy and relaxing. Tony was a great host, responding quickly to my questions. House is well stocked with essentials along with some amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We plan on staying here again if we return to Scottsdale.

Stayed with our 3 adult children. Worked out well. Basic home was very clean. Easy to access. Location within close proximity to many of the attractions we went to. As described in website. Nice washer and dryer. Basic kitchen supplies. Very nice TVs. We knew pool was not heated but didn't expect it to be so cold we could not use it. No grill on premises.

We loved our month in AZ and this home was perfectly located for all our excursions. Tony was a wonderful host and handled any call promptly . His parents were our neighbors and also made our stay great! I would highly recommend this rental !

We had a great time staying at this property. The interior of the house has recently been all remodeled and looks just like on the pictures. Everything was very clean; plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen items. Good location on a quite street close to the Old Town. The host was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely look this property up again next time we are in Scottsdale.
