The location was amazing and using a code for the building and the apartment was super helpful

We really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the apartment was. The separate bedrooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom amenities were also a nice touch.
The location ended up being very convenient, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Most importantly, the support staff were wonderful—everyone we dealt with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay.
The biggest issue for us was the pack-n-play/crib that was provided. It did not feel very sturdy, and our one-year-old’s weight caused the bottom board to shift, so we were not comfortable using it.
The interior door lock in room 602 also did not feel as secure as we would have liked. Adding a secondary lock, such as a chain or latch, would provide extra peace of mind.
Finally, our room code did not work upon arrival, although the support staff handled the issue wonderfully and stayed with us until a working code was created.
