Gostei do atendimento, especialmente os garçons do restaurante: Erick Henrique e o Patrick Pinheiro
O hotel estava lotado! O restaurante não dava conta de repor as bandejas, ou preparar as mesas, ou limpar o chão… não era possível ver direito as iguarias, tanta gente que ao redor das bancadas estava. Os elevadores sempre lotados, e pequenos para o porte do hotel! Em volta das piscinas não havia onde sentar, faltando mesas, cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras para a quantidade de hóspedes!

Travesseiros podiam ser mais confortáveis .A tapioca q me foi servida hoje logo no início do café da manhã estava extremamente salgada,razão pela qual devolvi e reclamei.

Great facilities for kids and adults
Everything was good, only issue for us is our two kids have nut allergies. The allergen information provided at the buffet was only focused on dairy and gluten allergens. Staff were helpful but we had to ask all the time. A small change the hotel could make but aside from this we have no other complaints.
