Located in West Newport just a few blocks away from the West Newport Park on 60th St, we are happy to share our newly renovated 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath back Apt. This rear oceanfront unit is perfect for a single person or couple looking to enjoy a quiet beach vacation. (The Unit Being offered for rent is not ocean facing and has no View) The space Home includes the following Amenities: -(1) Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, WiFi, Local Cable, Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Dining Area, and Fully Equipt Kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffeepot, etc. Home also includes the following Shared Amenities: -Washer/Dryer, Outdoor Shower, Gas BBQ, Bicycles, Beach Toys & Beach Chairs. Nearby City Amenities within 2 Minute Walk: Basketball, Racketball, Children's Playground, & Beach Volleyball Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent - Parking on the Street/Parking Lot Only - Tenant Occupancy (2) Day and Night unless a written exception is given. -This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a multi-family home. - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected. -No Ground Level Patio Access other than to utilize the BBQ. -Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. - Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to enter the home using the front door, and (1) to access the master bedroom. - Laundry is shared and is Coin Operated. -Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay.

You are in an oceanfront property (in the back unit, facing the one-way street), and the windows over the loft bedroom allow you to hear the waves crashing as you go to sleep. Loved that. All the joy of the beach in Newport without the chaos (and traffic) of going out on the peninsula. One observation: lots of stairs (to the upstairs unit and to the loft bedroom), and they are funky, narrow stairs. It wasn't a problem for us. Tower 17 (the property manager) was very responsive. We had a great week!

Location was amazing but the owners are very cheap. There were literally 2 towels in the unit, one extra blanket that was very old and uncomfortable and the bed was horrible. The washer and dryer needs quarters to use. This place has the potential to be amazing and for what they charge it would literally take such a small amount of money to provide some quality for the guests.

Great location. Great town. Ocean is just a few steps away. If you are traveling solo and not looking to spend much time sitting inside this is a great spot.

Not being completely familiar with the Newport Beach area, was a bit worried about proximity to the beach. Wanted to be as close as possible, while staying in our budget. Absolutely loved the location. The beach was literally 25 steps away! A close bike ride to shops and restaurants and short Ubers to shopping and really good restaurants. Absolutely will be back!

Place is very close to the sand, but keep in mind not facing the ocean. For 1 bedroom, it's way better than a hotel and the neighborhood is nice. If you can cook, there's a kitchen. If you want to hang out near the beach, there's this place. Would come back

Quick trip to the beach

Needed a getaway for a few days. This place was nice. Right on the beach. It does not face the beach but the building is on the beach. (We would have preferred the main floor unit facing the beach, but it was not available). Unit was clean and comfortable for two. We got out exercise going up and down stairs. It probably would not be the right fit for someone with a problem negotiation stairs. Nice and clean. Owners were very helpful and nice. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay at this family owned property. Perfect location, beachfront but away from the crowds. Many good, casual restaurants within walking distance. Owner very responsive before, during and after visit. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! The unit is well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. to enjoy the best of the beach and surrounding area! We loved eating out and relaxing on the patio with umbrellas and lounge chairs. When we needed something, it was taken care of immediately! Thank you!

My 9 year old and myself stayed in this unit April 1-10th for our Spring Break. It is centrally located to all the areas we planned to visit - Huntington Beach, Laguna and Anaheim. Everything we needed was provided - from a cork screw for my wine to the beach chair and toys for the kids, towels, dishes and hair dryer too! The best part about all of that is this unit does not charge for house cleaning or linens like most VRBO places. Even though the unit is one of 3 in the building we rarely knew we had neighbors. The unit is clean, modern and well kept. This will be our new home when vacationing in Newport Beach.

I had the pleasure of staying in this perfect location for a beach getaway! It was immaculately clean, all updated, and the location is perfect. Quiet, yet close to everything Newport Beach has to offer. We rode bikes everywhere and the path is right outside your door....Can't wait to return to this little gem!!

I had the pleasure of renting the studio this past February. It is so beautifully kept, and the area was quiet and peaceful, such a restorative stay! The owners were kind and attentive, and I hope to return whenever possible. My wife and I spent several days at this wonderful home. It is situated on the water in the quiet part of Newport Beach. The unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very friendly and really wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again.
