About this apartment rental
Beautiful PRIVATE waterfront condo located 1 block from the beach! Enjoy intercostal views from the unit, located on the 1st floor. Minutes to shopping, and restaurants. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport and 40 minutes to Miami. Pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels included. The minimum age to book is 25. No parties.
The Space
This space is perfect for families, groups of friends traveling together, or couples. Our street dead-ends into the beach and hotel area. Public beach access is only 1 block away! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will sleep 8 adults or children, plus a pack n play for a baby! There are a pull-out couch and murphy bed in the living room in addition to a queen-size bed in each bedroom. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed, full bath, and smart tv.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, smart tv, pack n play, and a full bath is located just outside this bedroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack n play, we have a highchair, toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books with crayons to help make our littlest guest more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat screen. Along with a queen size murphy bed, with its own smart tv and privacy screen.
In the kitchen, you will find every you need to make a gourmet meal, or you may cook-out on the private deck with our grill. There is grocery delivery available and some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! Watch the sunset and boats by from our private deck and balcony all with a comfortable seating area.

Lovely, spacious waterside property. Perfect for our family of 5 to relax for 5 nights after a busy cruise. Communication with our host both re stay and during our stay was easy and she responded very quickly to any queries we had. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. We especially liked Brinys Irish bar where, as travellers from the UK, we received the warmest welcome from the lovely staff. Overall a perfect stay.

We wanted something with 3 rooms and close to amphitheater. This cute cottage met all our needs. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to beach as well. Peaceful outdoor area on canal.

There were no instructions in the house. We could not get tv to work. Microwave did not work. Lights in dining room did not work. Batteries removed from living room light remote so some of those lights did not work. Location was great and home ok. Glad we only stayed two nights. A little effort written to share info for using this home would have improved things. Info on how to get to local attractions would have been nice.
