The property was super clean. Just been done out. Very happy with everything. Never had breakfast there but was offered it and just needed to order it at reception. The shower was spectacular. The guy who owns it is very house proud and looks after you. 100% would recommend.

The location of the residence is very good if you want to stay near taksim square. The wifi was fine. The staff are polite and one of them which i assume is the owner invited me to taste the turkish honey and cream while having her breakfast which was kind and really appreciated.
The residence does not have an elevator and a lobby. The reception is in another hotel facing the residence. Although they provide daily cleaning, more attention to details is required. The room has no sound insulation and needs maintenance. It was also frustrating to me that the receptionist wanted to check the room before proceeding with my checkout which i felt weird as i travel quite frequently to hotels around the world and this is the first time it happens with me including in istanbul.

The room space was very good compared to the other hotels in the same area
The hotel location is near to taksim square, but still the street is too narrow and full of beggars.
there is no elevator and the stairs are too small and rounded.
if you’re old, pregnant, have leg problem, have alot of luggage, don’t even try this hotel.
the hotel has no reception and there is no one to call if you found any problem.
last thing (they clean the room every 3 days)
