Location and estate. Good facilities and furnishings.
Stay For 2 days only available and asked for early check in and late check out. Cottage still been cleaned at 4pm and arrived 10am on Tuesday. No welcome pack was a disappointment given the reviews mentioning how good it was. Garden smaller and more open than appeared on pictures. Dishwasher unsafe and mentioned to cleaner on Tuesday.

Very comfortable however internet was dreadful. Kept loosing signal. TV. Was awful. No internet connection it kept dropping out. Couldn’t even get regular tv. It was appalling. We stayed in gardeners cottage the previous year and Internet was good but not this year. Garden sitting area is very small and not secure for dogs.
