Located in La Quinta, this lovely house for $200 per night is a great option for your next break. Luxurious desert living at it's finest! This 2600 sq. ft. newly renovated home boasts a backyard paradise with a large heated swimming pool/spa, generous sectional sofa, a 10-seater dining table, hammock, BBQ, and fire pit. Brand new beds and linens, a Chef's kitchen, pool table, board games and office nook. Conveniently located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. This home has it all! There is even an orange tree in the backyard! Lasting memories are made here! The space Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high thread count sheets. Main floor bedroom: King bed Primary bedroom: King bed and sofa bed Bedroom 3: King bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed and sofa bed (Crib/Playpen is also on site.) All three bathrooms are well stocked with towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the showers. The kitchen has a breakfast station with everything you need to make the perfect morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends either at the indoor or outdoor 10 seater dining tables. A game room with a pool table and plenty of board games will definitely keep everyone happily entertained. **We offer contactless check-in and check-out and adhere to local and state sanitation guidelines. This includes a minimum 24 hour gap between reservations. **The property is fully enclosed for your complete privacy. (Your privacy is extremely important to us. No security cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard pool area. There is one security camera overlooking the front entrance and one security camera on the side of the house by the pool equipment facing the front gate). ***Strict no pet policy due to severe allergies. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home minus one closet designated for the cleaning crew.

The home was perfect!! My family from overseas in Town for my daughter’s wedding loved their stay in this immaculate home that offered it all - comfortable beds, beautiful pool and backyard and everything you need in the home- and more!! I was also impressed how quickly the host communicated, from the beginning to the end. Memorable stay!! Highly recommend this special home!

From the moment we reserved, the communication from the owner was helpful and prompt. All the pre-stay info made arrival so smooth. When walked through the front door, we were delighted to find the home as described without any unknowns or extras. All the little details like the welcome bubbles were such a nice touch. The backyard was a haven at the end of the golfing day with the hot tub and pool and well equipped outdoor living space. The kitchen had everything a chef could want and made eating at home a pleasure that we cancelled a couple dinner reservations. Bed mattresses and linens were very comfortable for tired golfing bodies. We are looking forward to returning for our next Palm Desert golfing getaway.

We have a fantastic time at this property. There were 8 of us with plenty of room for all. Backyard is a great layout with a nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating areas and a good balance of soft spaces with the artificial turf and the concrete around the pool. Location was perfect right near shopping and groceries, not too far out of Palm Springs either.

This was exactly what we needed! The property was clean and had basic supplies that made the trip enjoyable. There were plenty of games at the house for our kids to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were great and being able to heat whichever one we wanted when we wanted was a huge plus! Rajeni was great to work with. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to stay in the Indio area!

We were two families travelling with an 18 mth old, 2 x 4 year olds and a 12 yr old and the property was a great size in accommodating all of us. The children enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the pool table. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and more. The property managers were very responsive with all of our questions and requests. Definitely recommend.

Experience with this rental was great. Communication was always extremely timely and clear, and Rajeni made sure every detail was taken care of. Home was very clean and the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. It was so nice not to have to buy shampoo, dishwasher or laundry detergent, etc or to lug a port-a-crib on the plane. Beds were very comfortable as well. Can't say enough good things. Thanks Rajeni.

The communication with the owner was incredible from beginning to end. Any questions that I had, they were there to answer. The follow up was appreciated as well. Before my trip, I received a message from Rajeni that they look forward to hosting us. During our stay, Rajeni checked in to see if there was anything we needed. 10 out of 10 communication. About the group… There were eight adults. Two people stayed in each room and we were very comfortable! We needed to get away in this Property promised just that. We had dinner on the long dining table, played pool, played some games at the home provided, we even watched a movie on the comfortable couch that all of a sudden, and spent majority of our time in the pool. The owners of the property thought of every single thing and we’re so happy. The property is very clean, well-kept, decorated very well, and thought out. It was too hot outside for us to enjoy a meal on the patio dining table, otherwise, we would be spending more of our time out there. This is a place to go for the family!

Kitchen was fully stocked and Rajeni even provided a welcome basket. Checking in was very easy and had easy/detailed pool instructions. Wonderful family vacation in the sun!
We had a great time at this clean, comfortable, and well-appointed family home. Our check-in process was a breeze, and the property manager is friendly, responsive, and gracious. The layout of the home was perfect for our group which included little kids and a grandparent. The inside and outside were immaculate, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we might need. The kids loved playing billiards and board games indoors on windy days and jumping into the heated pool when the weather was nice. We ate many of our meals outside in the gorgeous backyard. The home is in a great, quiet neighborhood within an easy commute of most sights and activities. Highly recommend!

Perfection
Our experience was nothing less than perfection. The host for this home provided immediate response times, was very flexible with our needs. The home was stunning, stocked and immaculately cleaned.
We had access to a clean pool and yard including outdoor games, dining area, patio night lights, firepit, indoor games and smart tv. The kitchen and all house supplies were stocked with all the equipment needed and starters needed. The caretakers popped by to upkeep the property and were fast - in and out.
We had a wonderful stay and would certainly visit again. Thank you Rajeni!

Perfect Stay
We enjoyed our stay! This is the 4th house we have rented in the area over the past few years and this has been the best experience so far. Super clean, great layout, pool table, lots of board games, Xbox with games, Disney+, Netflix, etc. The house was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen supplies and the pool/backyard was the perfect size for our 2 families (5 adults + 5 kids). Rajeni was very responsive and friendly. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We will definitely look to rent this house again in the future!

The orange tree was full of ripe oranges that made some delicious mimosas! Indoors has plenty of space and the pool table/game area was a popular hangout for our group. Bedrooms are nicely done with stylish decor, comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks and plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more. High speed WiFi allowed two work-from-home adults and four kids to remote learn at the same time without any delays. Location is in a quiet neighborhood yet super close to all major stores like Costco, Target, grocery stores. Property owner is excellent with communication, made sure we had everything we needed and replied quickly to any questions we had. Pleasure to rent from her. If we had a suggestion it would be nice to have additional TVs. Maybe one in the game room, outside or individual bedrooms. However, this would definitely not dissuade us from booking this home again because everything else was so amazing and we really did spend all our time outside.

Impeccable house!
We had the best time over the 3 nights we stayed at this house. It was exactly as the online pictures and more! The house was very clean and came stocked with so many amenities from kitchen gadgets to make up wipes and toothbrushes and toothpaste! We didn’t leave the house the whole time we were in town, and all the games that were provided help to keep us all occupied. I would definitely recommend this house!!!
