Relax and enjoy this adorable lakefront A-frame cabin in Harbor Springs on Round Lake! The perfect spot for adventure seekers and nature lovers. This home is located between two beautiful towns with fun shops and great restaurants, Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Only 1.5 miles to Petoskey State Park so you can explore a gorgeous beach and Lake Michigan. Boyne Highlands, Nub’s Nob and groomed snowmobile trails are just minutes away. 100 feet of frontage on pristine and quiet all sports Round Lake (353 acres). The boat launch is only 350’ away from the home. It’s a terrific lake for boating, swimming, kayaking and fishing. This is the ideal place to unwind or "work from home" using high-speed Wifi. Venture further with easy day trips to Mackinaw, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Traverse City! The fireplace/wood burning stove is for looks only and is not operational. The home is equipped with an outdoor security camera.

We had an excellent stay at this cabin! My kids loved fishing off the deck. We couldn't find a couple items and the owner was very prompt in answering all of our questions. We loved the close proximity to Petoskey State Park for beach days with some great waves. We took a day trip to Mackinaw Island also. Overall I would highly recommend! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful place to stay on Round Lake! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Very clean!!! The home is decorated beautifully too. The lake is so peaceful and is ideally located to so many fun activities near Petoskey, etc.

We so enjoyed this beautiful property! We especially loved the kayaks and the tranquil small lake and the state park for hiking nearby! We had a very hard time leaving because it was so wonderful! Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend this property for families because of the gradual entry to the lake with a small sand beach.

The house was exactly as pictured and described, with very nice beds and updated baths. There are window units, which are needed in the upstairs space, so are much appreciated though they didn’t appear very clean. This is part of the reason for my deduction to the rating on cleanliness. The back yard/ waterfront space was lovely, except for one aspect I’ll get to in a minute. The dock is new and very sturdy and we really enjoyed the chairs on the dock, sand area and fire pit. The downside was the geese which continued to return and the amount of goose droppings in the yard, as well as in the sand. My boys loved the sand beach area but we couldn’t let them play the last few days because the geese continued to come in making it unsanitary for a kids to dig and sit in. It seemed like neighboring houses had some deterrents to this problem and we didn’t see the geese in their yards much, so hopefully this is a simple fix. Even with that, we would stay again given the lake, dock, space, and proximity to Petoskey and Harbor Springs, and the island.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The bedroom space is great, the lake access is lovely, and the backyard is a great spot for yard games of all kinds! Close to biking trails, downtown Petoskey, and everything else we needed.

We had a great time staying at this place while skiing at Nub's Nob. Very nice house, space is well organized and clean. Plenty of space for everyone. House was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. I would definitively consider coming back in winter for skiing, or in summer to enjoy the lake and the surrounding area.

This place had everything we needed for a lovely weekend for enjoying the fall colors in northern Michigan. The house was warm and the lake beautiful. Close drive to Mackinaw Island and other sites. Highly recommend!

Location is great, clean home, the most beautiful view overlooking the lake, wonderful firepit (be sure to bring your own wood). Comfy beds, super quiet, all of comforts for a home away from home weekend.

We were looking for a long weekend getaway on water where we could swim, fish and have s’mores at the fire. This was the right place. The home is clean and comfortable with great views of the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute A-frame cottage on Round Lake. Arrived during an un-seasonably warm spell and the AC in the two bedrooms definitely helped.
Gorgeous view of the lake. Close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs.
We wanted something more than the typical hotel chain in the area and this place delivered. Very charming and ample space to relax.
Already planning a 2023 return to visit family in the area. Would highly recommend.

Totally Enjoyed Our Stay :)
I saw one review saying that this house looks small from the outside in the picture, but it is not in reality. I totally agreed with that statement. My family of six adults stayed on this property very comfortably. It has all the things you need: utensils, bread toaster, kettle, plates, and so on. In the morning, my husband and my brother-in-law had great bonding times sitting by the lake while having their coffee. The location of this property is about 40 mins away from the ferry station to go to Mackinaw Island. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for hosting us.

Beautiful house and great location
Really enjoyed our stay here, the house was perfect for our family, the kids had a great time in the water and we were very close to biking at the Highlands and to downtown Harbor Springs. Would definitely consider renting from here again, very clean and had everything you needed!

Charming Little Lake Cabins
All went well. Great communication with owner. Perfectly located between petosky and harbor springs. We got a good idea on what it’s like to be livin’ the NOMI Lake life! Was too windy to boat or swim but hopefully next time!

Part of our Christmas gift to our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter was to spend a few days doing what we all love - spending family time with one another and Michigan downhill skiing! This place is a hidden gem! It provides plenty of sleeping and separation. It is so much bigger than it looks in the photos. Owner/Manager is fast to respond to emails. Now if the owner could only control Michigan's weather for us! A super place to get-away from whatever you want and to explore the GREAT Harbor Springs and Petoskey area!

While the pictures are great, they don't quite do justice to the size of this place. Obviously it's an a-frame and not an enormous palace but we were really pleasantly surprised at how much room there was in the living room and dining area, and the back porch and lakefront is delightful and huge.
It's a place with real character and overall a real delight. Worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Oh and the bathrooms were another really nice touch: very nicely renovated and huge.

Lake weekend
This was a nice property. The upstairs bedrooms were a little cramped, but they definitely made the best use of the space with all the beds. The view was beautiful and it was definitely a good location with lots of nature activities around to do
