Just a one minute walk from Denmark CBD, Koolbardi Cottage is a 50's 3 bedroom cottage lovingly restored with recycled materials to retain its classic rustic charm & homely appeal. Take an early stroll along the river, freshly brewed coffee on your way home, lunch on the deck, and dinner inside by a roaring fire. Pizza, fish & chips, cafes & bakeries at your fingertips. Denmark Yoga Centre a 3 minute walk. Perfect for a family holiday, trip with friends or a romantic retreat. Cosy & quaint historical cottage perched on top of a small hill in the centre of Denmark town. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor area with BBQ, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Fireplace in lounge making it warm & cosy in winter. Stroll down the hill to town or drive minutes to the local beach. Koolbardi makes a great destination to explore the Great Southern region & all it has to offer in regards to Wineries, Restaurants, great walk tracks, bike trails & beaches. Or retreat indoors in front of the fire & read books, play games whilst sipping on a lovely local wine. * No Wi-Fi available at this property. PLEASE NOTE: ADVERTISED PRICE IS FOR 2 GUESTS. Extra guests are $30 per person/per night. Please note bedrooms are made available dependant on number of guests. * Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

We had an amazing holiday. Lovely town, great coastline and wonderful vineyards.
Lits to do locally and a little further afield.
We will definitely be back.

We both had a really great relaxing stay at Koolbardi Cottage. We really appreciated the fire being ready to light on arrival.
The house was perfect and loved all the unique/antique furniture.
It was only a 3 minute walk to town and a great location close to coffee shops and cafes.
Would love to come back here again soon.

It's very central but quiet - an ideal but rare combination. We liked the two verandahs, the local birdlife, the citrus bushes, the white and wooden decor, the retro-style furniture, a good selection of books and DVDs, comfortable beds, the big shower cubicle, the open-plan central area, and the general feeling of space. It was great to have plenty of room for cars. We had no problems for the three weeks of our holiday and would choose the same house again if we return.

This cottage is quaint/quirky and very clean and tidy with a lovely new bathroom and kitchen and The beds are sooo comfortable. It’s right in the heart of the town centre but very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again, we loved our stay at Koolbardi Cottage.

A charming cottage that retains many original features ( beautiful wooden floors throughout). Perfect for using as a base to explore the area. We particularly enjoyed the following: relaxing on the verandah after a day out, using the family games supplied in the lounge (Articulate with cards from the 1980s was brilliant with our teenagers!), good hot water system (4 of us could easily shower every day without running out), plenty of space for bike/surf storage etc. and leaving the car and just walking into the town for groceries & coffee. We were going to bring our dog but had second thoughts after seeing the note about no fence. We are really glad we didn't bring him as he is a mid size dog who loves to roam around outside and we would not have been able to keep an eye on him very easily. No dishwasher which we were very happy about as it meant our children tidied up and washed up! The kitchen is lovely without it and has everything else you could need. I would recommend this property and would happily come back again.

Koolbardi Cottage is a beautiful home. Weather was cold and wet but the wood fire kept the house very cosy. Beds and pillows really comfortable.
