Karri Cove was so lovely. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It’s located in the most beautiful and peaceful area with a wonderful view from the back of the house. We loved our stay there and would absolutely go back.

It's a lovely bushy block on the outskirts of Denmark, a few minutes drive from town. Very stylish interior aesthetic. Beds very comfortable with lovely linen, reading lamps, etc. High tech tvs, and plenty of games for keeping occupied. The kitchen was well set up with cooking equipment. We welcomed having a dishwasher and laundry washing machine.
We had trouble with the main tv and couldn't get it to work. The agent helped over the phone but we couldn't get it working for the period of our 4 night stay. Similarly, we couldn't shut one of the bedroom shutters which was jammed, so that was problematic for keeping that room dark at night, adversely affecting sleeping. We couldn't get two of the four front burners on the gas stove working, but managed ok with the back two. Speaking as a tall person with a bad back, I found the furniture uncomfortable (although stylish), as it's mostly designed for lounging. That was also somewhat problematic for my elderly mother. Getting 2 upright chairs would be a great addition.

Property was cute, clean, and comfortable. Once the fire was going it was a dream country escape, with views of the water and being surrounded by nature.
The property manager was rude, condescending, and completely uncontactable by phone. Would only respond to a handful of emails, leaving the rest ignored. I had originally decided against leaving a review, but after the property manager Mark decided to instigate further conflict I felt it necessary to highlight his sour, impersonal, and inadequate customer service.
