Very spacious and well-equipped apartment, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a great balcony, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location is excellent - very close to the pedestrian street, so you can easily explore the city on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and Niš Fortress, which is definitely a must-see, is also within easy walking distance.
The parking space option was a huge advantage for us. We simply left the car there and enjoyed a lovely evening walking around the city without having to worry about parking.
A special mention goes to our host, Petar, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He sent us all the check-in information a couple of days before our arrival and even suggested a great place where we could stop for lunch and take a break from the drive on our way to Niš. He met us in front of the building when we arrived, helped us with the parking, and gave us recommendations on where to go for dinner.
It was obvious that Petar genuinely cared about making our stay easy and enjoyable, and we really appreciated it.

The location is excellent. There are supermarkets for shopping and restaurants nearby. Having a covered parking garage is a huge advantage. Before your stay, the host sends you a detailed video and information message, so you don't have any trouble finding a spot.
There was nothing we disliked. Suitable for family or group stays.

Location is perfect to reach pedestrian street, river Nisava and nice atmosphere of city Nis. Property was clean, towels ready.. Communication with owner was via Whatsupp reliable and on time
For longer stay than overnight a bit more kitchenware is needed
