The apartment was clean and everything looked good.
The owner was very nice and helpfull.
Nothing from here is owner's fault:
We could not sleep until about 12:30 - 01 AM because of loud a party at a bar. The bar is not near the apartment, it was about 100 m down the street. For me this was a huge problem because we were tired and all we wanted is to sleep. That coffee shop is usually closed in the evening so probably it was something that only happened to us.
Even if there is a sign with non smoking we could feel a cigarette smell, probably the persons before us smoked.

Clean room. Nice and spacious bathroom. Good view from the balcony. Host met us even though it was late when we arrived. Parking was easy in the area. At the heart of Nis.
Only downside was that there was not an elevator and the apartment was on the 3rd floor. But can't really complain.

This is an amazing apartment in the middle of the city's center. Inside the rooms there has a lot of facilities for good living for short and medium stay, and, of course, almost are fresh and modern. The furniture is comfort, the bed is softy and nice, eazy to check-in and check-out and so responsible host
No private parking, so you need to park a car in the city's common parking. It's not the owner's fault, just keep in mind
The building looks a little bit creepy from the outside, but don't be afraid it's ok house

We stayed at King Exclusive Suites and got much more than just a good place to stay. Jasmina and Milan are exceptionally responsive hosts: they helped with important arrangements, were always available and quick to respond, and were very flexible with all agreements (including check-in/check-out times).
The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The location is ideal: a quiet, green street, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. You can really feel that the hosts genuinely care about their guests and are happy to help.
Highly recommended!
