Marko, the host was extremely helpful, and very responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the busy center and lots of stores, restaurants and points of interest in the neighborhood. There was music from bars nearby till after midnight, but nothing so loud that we couldn't sleep even with an open window. There is a sitting space outside the apartment, where we enjoyed our cocoa and cigarettes. The parkspace was a bit tight for our large vehicle, but free parking space in the center is a big point plus. The apartment was completely furnished with all the amenities as described. Marco was helpful with questions and instructions about the place and about the neighborhood. Everything was homey and very clean. Perfect place for a short stay in this lovely town.
This is a very personal note, please don't take it like a bad review. There was only one very small and high up window in the bedroom, so the ventilation was a bit poor. And the natural light in the room was practically non-existent. There is an AC in the apartment but due to health issues we didn't want to use it, although it was a very hot day in Nish. For our one-night stay it was just fine, but for me personally it would've been an unpleasant point for a longer stay.

Central location (15 min to the city center on foot) and yet in a quiet street with minimal traffic. Well equipped kitchen, suitable for some light cooking, too. Clean. Shower gel and liquid soap supplied in the bathroom. Kind owner, ready to help you with all kinds of advices regarding Niš.
Car parking is in the courtyard which is not too big, but still enough for 3-4 cars. Should you need it, the owner will help you park the car, taking into account the order in which the guests intend to leave.

The location of this property is wonderful. It is an easy walk to the center of town and very near restaurants, etc. The wifi worked well and there were English language channels on the TV. I had no problems and would stay here again if I go back to Nis. Parking for the car was within locked gates and very secure.
The mattress on the bed could have been a bit thicker.

Excellent location, safe parking site.
Noisy bed, host didn't speak English.
There was nothing seriously wrong, but having already stayed in Nis five times, I believe I could have found something better in similar price.
