gut und preiswert mit strandnähe

Nettes Appartment (ist ein zwei stöckiges kleines appartmentwohnhaus) für Zwei, Strandnähe ca.3min mit dem Auto ,liegt ruhig in einem Wohnviertel netter Innenhofbereich. ca. 20 min zum kennedy space center.gute austattung .reservierter parkplatz am haus. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Great place to stay

Loved how close it was to the beach. Loved having our own space. Loved the nice little touches with the books to read and the shampoo/conditioners etc. We loved how easy it was to get in and out without having to use a key. The host allowed us to check in early which helped a ton! Also had a problem getting the TV on and the host was quick to respond. Would stay again if in the area.

We wish there was a TV in the bedroom. The blinds were broken at the two front windows so we had to block the gaps so people couldn't look in.

Very good

The property was very close to the cruise port and the beach. If we’re staying longer there were useful amenities that would have been very useful

It had a bit of a musty smell, but hey, it is Florida.

Great apartment close to the beach and tourists spots

Perfect self catering apartment, close to the beach and Space Centre. Well kitted out for a day at the beach. Great communication with host in advance when I had a few questions

A true hidden gem, centrally located to everything!!

Extremely clean and quiet property and neighborhood. Beautiful lush garden area in the center of complex.

Great self catering location for Cocoa beach, Kennedy Space center and Port Canaveral. Owner was responsive and helpful. Super fast internet.

just what we needed

it was cute, had everything we needed and brilliant location for what we were doing on our holiday. we were gutted we didn’t find it before hand and stayed longer (we were travelling florida) we would definitely stay there again!

It was small condo, so little room for luggage etc. The living room futon was uncomfortable. Kitchen was small...but fridge was full size

Location is really good, next to the beach and some stores. The host was friendly, the apartment is lovely and have all the amenities! I recomend a lot this place (wish I could stay more time!)

Very clean and roomy enough for my husband and I. We predominantly used it for sleeping as we spent the majority of our days at the beach or visiting family.

Well equipped apartment, close to the beach with a nice courtyard. Very good wifi (sufficient for video conferencing).

Good location to visit Kennedy Space Centre.

Really minor things: Damaged picture frame in the kitchen, the sofa bed was not very comfortable when sitting on it as a sofa.

In short, I would rent this place again

It was a cute little apartment that was perfect for what we needed it for. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean which goes a long way with me!

Pleasant

Cute space- a studio versus one bedroom (no “bedroom” door). Outdoor space is beautiful and neighbors are friendly. However no private balcony as advertised - the is just the upstairs walk way.

I had to vacuum and mop because the floors were very dirty.

Space Coast

I went to Port Canaveral for job training and chose to stay at this condo for its location and cost. I was able to walk to school and the beach and many restaurants and businesses with ease. It was comfortable and a great value. There was free parking out back and keyless entry. I would definitely stay there again.
