About this house rental

Beautiful family home, newly renovated, 800 yard walk to Cape Cod's best beaches (Mayflower and Bayview). Easy access to other beautiful northside beaches, Chapin and Corporation. Very large and private yard with deck to enjoy your evening BBQ, play cornhole (provided) or just relax. Modern eat-in kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped deck with table for 6 and firepit for lounging should you choose to eat outside. Two separate living areas help to maximize indoor space. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on two floors. House is equipped with Central Air and a private outdoor shower. Brand new washer and dryer for use during your stay, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys provided. Centrally located to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Ideal location for your Cape Cod vacation!

Great spot next to the amazing mayflower beach. It’s about a 10 min walk. Really enjoyed our stay, house was clean. The back deck was wonderful.

This is our second time staying at this perfect property, and we are already thinking about booking our third! The house is sparkling clean, just a 10 minute walk to beautiful mayflower beach, and is well equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the basement movie room each night as well as the outdoor fire-pit for s’mores. The proximity to fantastic restaurants and shops is unbeatable. James is a wonderful host!
