Nestled in Cudjoe Key, this lovely house for $220 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful 2BD/2BA vacation home features open water views and a full size 35' seawall for docking a boat. Amenities include central air conditioning, new tile floor, new furnishing and decorations throughout, wireless internet, flat screen television, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and covered porch. Master bedroom has a queen bed with lots of closet storage, flat screen television and private full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed with full length closet storage, private full bathroom entrance. Living room features a queen sleeper sofa with flat screen television and access to covered porch. Beautiful open water views and quick access to the ocean or gulf from this property. 7 day minimum during lobster season. No Smoking, No Pets. There is a resort usage fee of $125 payable upon arrival at entrance at security gate to Venture Out. Please e-mail with any questions Rental agreement is agreed upon once you book and pre-registration form of guests must be completed prior to stay or when checking in at the security gate. The community will be limiting overflow parking lot spaces (which is at a nightly fee to guest). They will only be able to accommodate for one spot for an extra car or boat trailer if available; do know there's a driveway at the home to park a car, this is only in regards to extra cars or boat trailers. If no spots are available guest will need to find a spot outside of the park. We understand this is a great inconvenience so we have negotiated a spot for a trailer at a nearby marina at a rate of $20 a day, if interested please let us know so we notify the marina. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Island Therapy. Overall it was a nice accommodation. We did report a simple maintenance issue we believe the owners will want to address. We also feel the couch is ready for replacement and some of the cookwear as well. But overall we found this place to be quite well maintained, equipped and one we would consider staying at in the future.

Great place! Significant complaint however… pool and hot tub were closed for renovation and no one told us. I contacted the manager for discussion about the fact that we should’ve been notified and also to ask for compensation, but that was several days ago and we have not heard from them yet. Very unfortunate because we have stayed here before and it’s really a great place, but that has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The house was in a great location for boating. We rented a boat and went out to Looe Key to snorkel and it was awesome. The house has everything you need and a great neighborhood. We made friends with the renters next door. Get your groceries and everything you need early, this key shuts down very early.

Perfect for two couples to vacation. Close to Key West, Marathon and Islamorada. We were able to put our kayaks in right at the house. Very clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and being on the canal was nice. The thing I did not like was the bed. It's a Temper Pedic mattress, which my husband and I did not like. That would be my only reason for not staying again. Others may like this type of mattress, but its not for us.

This was a perfect location for our visit to Key West. Close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. The home was clean and comfortable and easy to find.

We enjoyed Venture Out and its amenities. The rentals pictures are dated….the couch and chairs are quite worn, and the one bed we wondered if it was broken because we rolled into the middle. Also, I would suggest the owner leave one cabinet open for groceries… there was no cabinet space for groceries. The place was clean, the canal view was nice.

The property location is awesome for the local water way for lobstering and fishing. The home is very clean and well stocked with essentials to cook and clean. A great time was had by all. Thank you.

The home is located within Venture Out which is very convenient if you are bringing your boat. There is a ramp, store with dockside fuel, and a pressure washer. The home also had a nice sea wall with built in bumpers, and a hose for easy washing off the boat. I look forward to our stay here again next year.

Our stay was fabulous. The home and the accommodations were clean and organized. The owner was fabulous to work with as well. Keeping your boat at the back door is super convenient and hard to beat. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall the place was nice but the AC unit was not big enough for the unit, and there were problems with the washer and dryer. The house could not get below 80 during the day making it too hot to be comfortable. The lint filter needs to be cleaned on the dryer and every load we tried to wash would give us error messages. I was unable to do all of the laundry due to the problem with the washer.

We were very comfortable as a family of 5. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Some lights didn't work in the room and the parking spot was for a compact vehicle that did not fully accomodate our F150. We didn't get any fuss from property management for parking at an angle with our front bumper out a bit. Should have brought bikes/scooters/skate boards to get to pool without a car as it is a good mile or so to the pool. Pool was awesome. Overall, loved it and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay! It's spacious and clean. It has everything you need: sheets, towels, stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, grill, water access, and quiet! Easy 25 minute drive to our favorite beach in Key West.

The location was a great midpoint for sightseeing between Key West and diving in both Marathon and Looe Key. The property was well kept and met the full range of needs. Would be happy to stay there again.

We have stayed in other homes in the Venture Out community, but this was definitely our favorite! The home was just as described, plus some! Very clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies (pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc.), towels and linens. We loved the location on the canal for our boat and surrounding area was very nice. My only 'complaint' was there was only 1 wash cloth and 4 of us - but now we know to bring extra. Couldn't say enough good things about this place. The owner has been very easy to work with as well. If your looking to book - you have found the right place!!
