Great Condo, probably won’t use Vacasa again

Condo unit was fabulous! Well stocked kitchen, great view. Third time staying at Summerwind, and we love the condo units, but I prefer reserving with private owner rather than Vacasa, because it was a hassle dealing with them for check in and they were rude. I won’t use Vacasa again.

The directions on the email said the parking passes and wristbands were on site at a lockbox in our room and they provided a code, but when we got there, there was no lockbox. After calling customer service and spending about 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what was wrong. We found that we had to leave the purposes drive to another location to get them and the person on the phone was rude about it. Also, we did not have enough towels for the entire stay. Very frustrating. Also front door seal was damaged and wind was howling so loud it sounded like a banshee screaming in the condo the first 48 hours of our stay.

Navarre beach.

Loved the place is on beach..love had 3 pools. Love that it had everything that we needed . balcony is great. Location is great.

Bed in master room. Was very uncomfortable. Lump in center. Shower kept going out in master bath. Happened several times. T.v. is guest room didn't work. Very hard to use all of t.v.s.

Went in to fresh and clean smell to find dirty dishes, counter tops were dirty and dishwasher had aweful smell and some

Disappointing

Beautiful location & view of the beach. Easy parking & obtaining entrance to the Condominium. The pier & restaurants all within walking distance. Temperature control in the Condominium was very good.

A small 36inch TV was placed in the living room that did not work. Whoever placed it there knew it did not work as there were 2 Roku devices & the TV was so old it was not Roku compatible. Within an hour of arrival I notified management. We had a 4 night booking over Thanksgiving. After maintenance confirmed the TV would not work - Management did not solve the problem by either supplying us with a working TV or moving our accommodation which I asked for as we had retired family members planning to join us to watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade & Soccer World Cup. Our plans had to be altered & it is upsetting not to be able to follow through to give our family the holiday we were all looking forward to having together. I was compensated $25 per day by Vacasa management.

Superb

Large comfortable, clean condo. Enough room for all 8 of us. Kitchen had all you could need to cook or heat up food, etc. Three full bathrooms.

Only one elevator was working. Second was out of order, waiting for parts from what I was told.

There was only one elevator working for the amount of people at the building. Light switch in one of the rooms was broken and en suite bathroom had broken toilet paper holder

Overall stay was good , family was happy. Weather was good.

Weather was great.Walked out to the beach.Pier was close by. Restaurants close by.

Master bathroom shower needs to be repaired. Toilet paper holder broken. Filter on refrigerator needed to be replaced. Icemaker barely makes ice. Elevator being worked on, had to wait to go up or down.

enjoyed the beach but will not stay here again

plenty of room and walking distance to the pier and food

pool only 5’ deep in a small area. 16 floors and 3 buildings and only 1 elevator working in each. pizza delivery guy said it had been that way for over a year. there was also a previous leak in our unit and we had to spend 2 days with an extremely loud dehumidifier in our unit.

Comfortable, spacious, easy access to beach, big kitchen, CLEAN!

The location was amazing!! Right on the beach. Amazing view of the water and beach from our balcony.

The ONLY thing I could say is a fresh coat of pain on walls and baseboards would make the place look brand new. Otherwise it was incredible.

Will Not Stay Again

Great location and price was reasonable.

We had to wash the bath towels before we could use them. They had hairs and stains on them. The bathtub drain was clogged so it took hours for the tubs to drain. Several lightbulbs were burned out on the bathroom light bar. The dishwasher did not work; we called maintenance and were told we would get a call back, but never did.

The location/view was great. There were a few things not hooked up in our condo but I had talked with vacasa.

Location, view, the condo was nice, a bit dated, could use some updates... VCR. where do you get VCR tapes?

Checking in was a hassle. Construction on the building was unexpected and a problem.

Great sea-side place

The building and condo were very well-kept and clean. The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular.

There was difficulty with the lock box when we arrived at the condo, but calling customer service resolved the issue quickly. The bunk beds were somewhat rickety and the ladder was not attached, causing a hazard for children.
