The apartment has an excellent location right in the center of Rome, just steps from the Pantheon. The area is lively in the evenings, full of restaurants, cafés, and atmosphere, yet the bedroom was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. If four people stayed and someone slept in the living room, that window might let in a bit more street noise, but for us it was absolutely fine.
The apartment has two air-conditioning units — one in the bedroom and one in the living room — which was a huge advantage during 35°C+ weather. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to prepare small meals.
Check-in was extremely convenient: no need to meet anyone for keys. The inner door key was in a secure code box, and we received clear instructions beforehand. This was perfect for us, as we arrived late at 22:00 and left early at 04:00.
Cleanliness was overall excellent — bed linen, towels, floors, tables, and surfaces were realy clean. There were a few small mold spots in the shower, but nothing serious. The shower itself is on the smaller side, which is normal for a historic building in the city center.
We loved having great restaurants just outside the door, and communication via WhatsApp before arrival was clear, timely, and helpful.
No problem i can think about, we really loved our stay there.

Location
We stayed at this apartment recently and were quite disappointed. The bed mattress was of very poor quality – uncomfortable and worn out, making it hard to sleep well even without the noise.
Unfortunately, the apartment was also extremely noisy, especially on weekends. Groups of young people stayed in the building and gathered outside under the window after partying, talking loudly until around 4am. It was impossible to get proper rest.
This place might suit younger travelers looking for nightlife, but it’s definitely not recommended for families or anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable stay.
