From the moment you arrive, you'll be immersed in the tranquility and spectacular bushland surrounds of this stunning, newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in Cape Villas, Dunsborough. It's been designed to tick all the boxes on your holiday wish list, with a great location, beautiful presentation and all the features you could hope for.
Stroll down the path through a canopy of shady trees and within 10 minutes you are in the town centre; wander to Clancy's Fish Pub for lunch; drive only a short distance to swim at Yallingup or Meelup beach; sit out on the deck enjoying the bushland view for breakfast with your freshly brewed espresso or a lazy afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine ; cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ, or enjoy a quiet night in, watching a movie on the big flat screen TV. The dining table will seat 8 guests and has a stunning feature pendant light to create the ultimate ambiance. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.
There's a lovely soft leather lounge suite, a large flat screen smart TV connected to the internet, a DVD player, WIFI plus a soundbar for playing your favourite music. The sliding doors stack back to bring the outdoors inside and create an entertainer's dream. The kitchen and dining area have reverse cycle air-conditioning to set the room to the perfect temperature.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a queen bed in one room and 2 long single beds which can be joined together to make a King bed in the other bedroom. Both have huge cupboards and built in drawers plus smart TV's connected to the internet. Each room has a ceiling fan plus reverse cycle air-conditioning for your perfect sleeping temperature all year round.

Propery is in a group of apartment/units. Very quite, surrounded by bushland. Interior is modern and well laid out with everything you need.

Beautifully presented. So clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so very well accommodated with everything that you would need and more.Again, immaculately presented, loved it.One problem we did incur. When approaching the property from either side on Caves Road, the property needs more prominent signage. What is provided is not enough to be able to give ample warning to approaching cars behind. At night when approaching the property the lighting is very poor, practically non-existent.

The house is immaculate inside and out. Everything possible was catered for. The kitchen is fitted out with all the things you need and the kids had so much fun playing the games in the cupboard.We would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again.
